  Used the tyre finder tool using vehicle reg. It sent the incorrect size and now we cannot contact BlackCircles. No response to emails, no response to texts, sat on hold by phone for over an hour with no response.
  Not sure where we go from here tbh - we now have a vehicle off the road as the tyres are below legal limit.
  Would not recommend you use BlackCircle. Have use Tyre-Shopper previously and whilst they are slightly more expensive (and only slightly) they delivered the correct tyres and you could get in contact with them.
  
  Beggars belief in this day and age that I've spent 3 days trying to get hold of a company that has online presence / landline numbers / texts number / online chat.
  
  The "Sales" option on the landline simply has a message stating that they have nobody available to take the call, to try the website (as I've learnt that doesn't get you anywhere), then just hangs up!!!!
